C# Developer

We are looking for an experienced C# Developer to join our team and become part of a global organization that supports a wide range of financial activities — from booking and pricing to contribution and full front-to-back processes for Fixed Income, Currencies, and Commodities products.

We design, develop, and maintain front-office trading applications used daily by traders for market-making activities.

As a C# Developer, you’ll work within a multicultural, distributed team based in France and Poland, building mission-critical systems that empower traders in global markets. Expect a stimulating environment, continuous learning opportunities, and the chance to make a real impact.

Your tasks

• Design, build, deliver, and maintain applications following best coding and craftsmanship practices

• Develop and support features across a functional application chain

• Translate technical and functional requirements into detailed user stories and collaborate closely with Agile Masters and Business Analysts

• Deliver and support applications through Continuous Delivery (DevOps)

• Write unit tests, review code, and contribute to non-regression testing

• Maintain and enhance production support tools

• Recommend and implement process and performance improvements

• Communicate clearly and consistently with traders and management

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in backend C# development

• Strong understanding of multi-threaded programming and microservices architecture

• Experience with WPF/DevExpress is a plus (not mandatory)

• Fluency in English (spoken and written)

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative mindset

• Open to a hybrid work model (2-3 days per week on-site)

• Fluent in Polish required

• Residing in Poland required
