AWS DevOps Engineer (f/m/x)

We’re looking for an AWS DevOps Engineer to support the design, build, and operation of a secure, scalable cloud environment, including hybrid connectivity and data/AI workloads. This role combines infrastructure provisioning, automation, security, and hands-on integration work across AWS services.

Your tasks

• Build and manage AWS infrastructure using best practices - multi-account setup, networking, security

• Design and implement VPC architectures, including subnets, routing, NAT, and hybrid connectivity (Site-to-Site VPN)

• Configure and integrate identity and access management solutions - IAM, Microsoft AD, SAML/Okta

• Provision and manage compute and application environments - EC2, Auto Scaling Groups, ALB

• Set up and maintain database services (Amazon RDS for SQL Server), including migrations and replication using AWS DMS (CDC)

• Implement secure storage and data transfer solutions - Amazon S3, FSx, AWS Transfer Family

• Support scalable environments for data processing and AI workloads, including GPU-based EC2 and model hosting

• Define and enforce security controls - WAF, GuardDuty, Security Hub, KMS, backup policies

• Configure monitoring, logging, and alerting - CloudWatch and related services

• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration - Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS: VPC, EC2, RDS, IAM, S3, CloudWatch

• Proven experience with AWS Control Tower and multi-account setups

• Solid understanding of networking - VPN, routing, subnets, security groups

• Previous work with identity integration, e.g., Okta, SAML, Active Directory

• Familiarity with infrastructure automation - Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar

• Experience with monitoring, security, and compliance in AWS

• Knowledge of database migration tools (e.g., AWS DMS) and SQL Server environments

• Experience working with scalable architectures and production environments

• Very good English communication skills

• Residing in Poland required

Nice-to-have requirements

• Previous work with Amazon WorkSpaces and end-user environments

• Exposure to AI/ML services (e.g., Amazon Bedrock or containerized ML models)

• Experience with GPU-based workloads in AWS

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
