AI Solutions Lead – Developer Tools (f/m/x)

We are looking for an AI Solutions Lead – Developer Tools to join a project delivered for our client in the financial industry. Your mission will be to shape how artificial intelligence transforms the way software is built — from initial idea to production-ready code powering financial markets across Europe and beyond. This role sits at the intersection of AI, developer tooling, internal platforms, and organizational transformation.

Your tasks

• Defining the vision, strategy, and architecture of AI-powered solutions supporting the Software Development Lifecycle

• Owning the AI roadmap for the Software Development Lifecycle (from requirements through development to deployment)

• Continuously evaluating, benchmarking, and selecting modern AI tools and platforms

• Designing and implementing prototypes, as well as integrating AI-powered workflows (including AI agents) when off-the-shelf solutions are insufficient

• Driving enterprise-wide adoption of AI-enabled solutions by designing rollout strategies, running pilots and workshops, and tracking measurable adoption outcomes

• Leading the initial rollout and further development of Claude Code for engineering teams

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering with proven hands-on experience with Claude Code

• Passion for AI and re-imagining software development

• Strong understanding of the end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and AI agents

• Proven ability to drive adoption of new tools and practices across engineering teams (not just making them available)

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluent English

• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week in the Warsaw office)

• Fluent Polish required

• Residing in Poland required
