Senior BI Developer – Wrocław, Poland (Hybrid – 2x On-Site per Week)

We are seeking a Senior BI Developer to drive data-driven capabilities and deliver customer-facing analytics solutions. You’ll design and maintain Power BI dashboards, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure data quality and accuracy. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a tech lead position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Perform data modeling, cleansing, and transformation tasks.
• Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure data integrity.
• Work in an Agile environment and document data processes.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence.
• Proficiency in Power BI, T-SQL, and Python (PySpark preferred).
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud Services (Azure SQL, Databricks, Key Vault).
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Agile/Scrum experience and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Fluent in English; must be legally authorized to work in Poland.
