Data Scientist (BioPharma)

We are looking for Data Scientist who will undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data.

Our biopharma Client is expanding its genomic data science capability to enable the exploration of data from multiple suppliers, with an aim to provide insights into the genomic drivers of common diseases and to facilitate the identification of novel therapeutic targets. This role will ensure that you work at the highest level of the scientific world.

We offer a choice of employment form: B2B or Employment Contract 

• UoP: 14 600 - 18 000 PLN gross monthly
• B2B: 105 - 135 PLN +VAT/hour

You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

• 3+ years of work experience as a Data Scientist and/or Machine Learning Engineer;
• Previous participation in a PhD programme or a PhD (preferably in: Computer Science, Informatics, or Statistics);
• Proven experience in life sciences (biopharmaceutical) organizations;
• Solid hands-on software programming skills in Python and writing machine learning algorithms;
• Proven experience in conducting scientific research and writing scientific publications;
• Profound knowledge of knowledge graphs, and natural language processing;
• Experienced in working in an international environment;
• Team player with an openness to discussion and collaboration, but also able to work independently when required;
• Passion for continuous learning and curiosity to solve complex problems;
• Fluent in English (C1) to work smoothly in an international team;
• Located in Poland for easy signing of occasional team meetings.
