Technology Consultant - OpenText (m/f/n)

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Technology Consultant - OpenText.

Your tasks

• Support OpenText Archive Center / Core Archive Connectors & OCR Intelligent Capture

• Perform technical and functional system configurations

• Lead testing, support, and troubleshooting of OpentText solutions

• Conduct end-user training and create/update technical documentation

• Identify and implement system improvements

• Monitor system performance and identify issues and coordinate with dedicated teams and external providers as needed

• Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in OpenText Archive Center or OT Core Archive for SAP solutions

• Strong knowledge of OpenText platform and integration solutions

• Good understanding of Windows Server and MS Office tools

• Solid business process insight and technical skills

• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities

• Fluent in English (min. C1)

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of ITIL v4 processes

• Experience working with service providers

• OpenText certifications (a plus)

• Knowledge in SAP Basis, and other OpenText products

• Retail or grocery industry experience

• German language skills (a plus)
