The opportunity

ServiceNow is a global tool used widely to manage business processes of Enterprise clients. As Senior ServiceNow Developer you would be a part of project teams involved in implementation, configuration and maintenance of NowPlatform allowing you to develop your technical and business skills in global environment. As Global Elite ServiceNow partner we work with all types of modules of the platform, heavily using their features and developing custom solutions not yet build by others.

Your key responsibilities

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be tasked with directing the development and implementation of intricate business processes. This also involves the analysis of business requirements at all stages of development. You may have the opportunity to lead a team of consultants during projects or design the architecture of ServiceNow solutions.

Skills and attributes for success

To excel in this role, you must possess a comprehensive understanding of the platform and exhibit confidence when working through implementation, customization or maintenance projects. This may be demonstrated through:

• Outstanding knowledge of NowPlatform architecture with minimum 4+ years of experience

• Experience in product customizations, integrations, implementation or maintenance

• Experience in project activities as a ServiceNow Technical Lead in Integrated Risk Management (GRC)

To qualify for the role, you must have

• At least 4+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience

• Advanced ServiceNow CAD or CIS certification for IRM

• Demonstrated experience with at least two programming languages (JavaScript, C#, Java or others)

• Proven experience and advanced understanding of ITSM and GRC

• Lead the technical design and implementation of the ServiceNow IRM module, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational standards.

• Develop and maintain the architecture for IRM solutions, integrating with other ServiceNow modules and third-party applications as needed.

• Oversee the customization and configuration of the ServiceNow platform to meet specific IRM requirements, including risk assessment, compliance management, and audit management.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure that solutions meet business needs.

• Lead a team of developers in the creation of custom applications, workflows, and reports within the ServiceNow platform.

• Implement best practices for testing and quality assurance to ensure that all solutions are robust, scalable, and maintainable.

• Monitor system performance and usage metrics, making recommendations for improvements and optimizations.

• Provide training and support to end-users and administrators, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the IRM solutions effectively.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical designs, configurations, and processes to support knowledge transfer and compliance.

• Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and IRM trends, advocating for continuous improvement and innovation within the platform.

• Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with the implementation and operation of the IRM solutions.

• Ensure that all IRM solutions comply with relevant regulations and organizational policies.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• English (C2) or other European languages would be an advantage but not mandatory

• A Bechelor’s or Master's degree in a technical field or economic field
