Senior/Lead Front-End Developer

For one of our Partners — a rapidly growing technology company with its headquarters in the UK and a branch in Krakow, providing modern platforms and digital solutions used by thousands of customers across Europe — we are seeking a Senior / Lead Front-End Developer to join a team building a new generation of an embeddable UI component platform.

About the project:

You will work on an embeddable components platform — a set of reusable, framework-agnostic UI components powering various admin dashboards and products. This is a strategic, foundation-level initiative that shapes the future of multiple applications within the ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing the architecture of the embeddable component platform.

• Prototyping and implementing new technological ideas.

• Making key technical decisions impacting the scalability of products.

• Hands-on implementation of modern, high-performing UI interfaces.

• Collaborating with architects, backend teams, and product teams.

• Ensuring high code quality, testability, performance, and adherence to standards.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in modern front-end development.

• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, and Web Components.

• Experience with modern frameworks (React / Angular / Svelte).

• Background in building design systems, component libraries, or SDKs.

• Solid understanding of modular architecture and CI/CD pipelines.

• A “builder” mindset: experimenting, learning quickly, iterating even faster.

• English proficiency at B2+ / C1 level.
