Senior AI Engineer

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer.

The client is responsible for delivering IT projects for both Polish and international clients. The team handles a wide range of activities — from designing, building, and implementing solutions, to developing functional specifications and analyzing data in source systems. Their work also includes defining business requirements, supporting testing processes, and creating mobile applications. Within the department, IT advisory services are provided, mainly for financial sector institutions in Poland and abroad.

Profile Overview:

1. Data Science & Machine Learning

• Degree in computer science or a related field,

• Advanced Python and SDLC experience (3+ years),

• Familiar with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms,

• Strong foundation in statistics, linear algebra, and calculus,

• Experience with ETL, data pipelines, modeling, and working with SQL/NoSQL databases,

• Proficiency in ML libraries: scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face,

• Experience in NLP/NLU: text processing, embeddings, NER, semantic analysis,

• Hands-on work with neural networks for NLP, computer vision, etc..

• Deep understanding of LLMs: transformers, embeddings, tokenization, and API integrations,

• Proficiency in prompt engineering and orchestration tools (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Crew AI),

• Experience using vector databases (Pinecone, PGVector, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus) in Gen AI solutions.

2. Software Development

• Strong Python software engineering skills with coding standards and best practices,

• Experience with code reviews, debugging, testing, and version control,

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (GitHub, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes),

• Experience containerizing AI solutions and deploying across enterprise environments,

• Ability to integrate logging, monitoring, and alerting systems.

3. Solution Architecture

• Strong problem-solving using systems thinking and first principles,

• Ability to design scalable, resilient, and secure end-to-end systems,

• Expertise in API design, event-driven architectures, microservices, serverless, and containers,

• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns (messaging, pub/sub, event sourcing),

• Knowledge of IAM, RBAC, secrets management, and network security (VPCs, firewalls).
