Mid/Senior SharePoint Administrator/Power Platform Specialist (m/f/n)

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Mid/Senior SharePoint Administrator/Power Platform Specialist (m/f/n).

Project:

A hybrid profile combining configuration, administration, and development responsibilities. You will be responsible for the development, support, and stabilization of business solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online environments, ensuring high availability and performance.

• Develop and enhance business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

• Implement and manage permissions, workflows, and integrations across SharePoint and Power Platform components.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Platform and SharePoint-related incidents.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design efficient, low-code/no-code solutions.

• Ensure data security, compliance, and governance within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

• Monitor and optimize system performance; drive automation and continuous improvement.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience with SharePoint administration (Online or On-Prem).

• Proven hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Azure AD, and integration capabilities.

• Experience in solution design and customization using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell, or similar tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to performance and scalability.

• Familiarity with governance, permissions, and compliance best practices.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
