Enterprise Architect (m/f/n)
Currently, for one of our Partners, we are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to support a long‑term project delivered for a European Union organization based in Warsaw.
We are currently looking for an Enterprise Architect to strengthen our Cronos Europa team and contribute to large-scale IT programmes within the European Institutions. The place of the delivery will be in Poland (Warsaw).

On-site work (from office in Warsaw)
Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, processes, and governance practices
• Support programmes and projects in planning, risk management, change management, and architectural compliance
• Design and communicate enterprise architecture models, roadmaps, and solutions
• Analyse business needs, processes, and IT systems to translate requirements into architecture solutions
• Define target architectures and transition roadmaps aligned with business strategy
• Ensure interoperability and integration between systems and applications
• Maintain architectural repositories and documentation and present findings to stakeholders
• Monitor architecture maturity and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Conduct cost/benefit analysis, system metrics evaluation, and portfolio assessments
Technical skills
• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect within a complex organisation
• Strong expertise in enterprise and business architecture design
• Knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman or similar
• Experience with modelling tools (e.g. Sparx Enterprise Architect, ARIS or equivalent)
• Understanding of business processes, value streams, and capability mapping
• Knowledge of maturity models and enterprise architecture domains
• Strong IT background enabling identification of innovative solutions and optimisation opportunities
• Experience in defining IT standards, policies, and architecture governance
• Experience in architecture governance functions is considered a strong asset
Profile
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field
• Ability to analyse complex issues and develop effective solutions
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
• Leadership mindset with capacity to influence architectural strategy
• Fluency in English is required (C1 minimum)
Certifications
At least one of the following certifications:
The Open Group Certified Architect (Open CA) or equivalent
Zachman Certified – Enterprise Architect
CISSP-ISSAP
ITIL Master (v3)
CCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis)
