DevSecOps Architect

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevSecOps Architect with strong managerial capabilities to define, lead, and implement the DevSecOps strategy for a major project in the Middle East market.

The ideal candidate is available to start immediately and willing to work in a hybrid rotation (2 weeks onsite in Riyadh / 2 weeks remote from Poland).

This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills, the ability to produce both High-Level and Low-Level documentation, and to set DevSecOps standards across multiple delivery streams.

Apply if you have:

• Proven experience as a Senior/Lead/Manager DevSecOps professional.

• Strong background in designing and implementing DevSecOps strategy.

• Deep knowledge of CI/CD processes in GitLab (Templates, Org, Rules, Policies).

• Experience with release processes for AEM, Mobile, CRM, Frontend, BFF, and IaC.

• Knowledge of Bitrise.

• Solid understanding of security concepts and security testing.

• Experience with SSDLC across multiple technology streams.

• Strong knowledge of GCP and GKE.

• Excellent English communication skills (C1).

• Ability to travel to Riyadh on short notice.
