AI Solution Lead / AI Architect

We are seeking an experienced AI professional to lead the delivery of multiple Generative AI initiatives. This role involves guiding technical teams and ensuring successful implementation of advanced AI solutions across three key areas:

• AI Voice Assistant: Conversational AI leveraging TTS/STT technologies and LLM-based engines.

• AI Document Assistant: Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solution for document search and generation.

• AI Data Query: Natural language to SQL conversion enabling “chat with your data” functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of Generative AI use cases, ensuring best practices and robust architecture.

• Provide technical guidance to a multidisciplinary team (including data scientists) across multiple AI initiatives.

• Define strategies for RAG applications, including embedding models, chunking, orchestration, and guardrails.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives and ensure successful deployment.

• Support occasional on-site workshops and client engagement for visibility and alignment.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong STEM background (insurance domain experience is a plus but not mandatory).

• Proven hands-on experience delivering Generative AI solutions, ideally on Azure.

• Deep understanding of RAG architecture, embedding models, and prompt engineering.

• Experience leading technical teams and managing complex AI projects.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks and AI governance principles.

• Exposure to voice technologies (TTS/STT) and natural language interfaces.
