🧠 Requirements

• Product-first attitude. This is a role for people interested to grow with us. We need you to be creative and help us work closely with the users, understand what problem we’re solving and help us find the best way to solve it.If you’re looking for just a 9-5 and to check off tickets in Jira, we’re not a fit.

• Solid full-stack Web3 dev (frontend + backend).

• DeFi and crypto power user, eager to learn.

• Expert in React, TypeScript, and modern frameworks.

• Experience with on-chain data indexing.

• Clean, tested code; autonomous and fast-paced mindset.

• Fluent in English and at least partially available during CET hours.

🎮 Bonus XP

• Experience in building AI-first products - NLP, RAG, AI Agents etc.

• Experience in the crypto trading domain - CEX, DEX, Pump.fun, news trading platforms, or similar.

• Built and shipped live Web3 products with real users.

• Experience in UI/UX Design.
