Senovo IT are looking for the Technical Delivery Manager who will be responsible for the successful delivery of technology solutions in alignment with business requirements, timelines, and budgets. Acting as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, this role ensures smooth communication, effective risk management, and achievement of project goals. The ideal candidate combines strong technical understanding with leadership and delivery management experience in complex, multi-country environments.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee cross-functional technical teams (Frontend, Backend, DevOps, QA) across delivery projects.
Supervise knowledge transfer processes and onboarding of development teams.
Monitor project progress, report on KPIs, and perform risk assessments.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders across multiple regions (e.g., USA, Netherlands).
Maintain project documentation, lead status meetings, and conduct retrospectives.
Liaise with support teams and external vendors to ensure continuity of service and delivery quality.
Implement and promote best practices aligned with ITIL, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
Requirements
Solid understanding of ITIL v4, DevOps, Agile, and Kanban frameworks.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure or GCP), CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and incident management.
Proven track record in managing distributed and international project teams.
Proficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
Strong command of English (B2/C1) for effective communication with global stakeholders.
