Tech Lead (Node.js / React)

Senovo IT are looking for an  experienced Tech Lead to take a key technical leadership role within our client product development team.. This position is ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise in Node.js and React with strong architectural design skills and the ability to lead and mentor a development team.

As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for defining the system architecture, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software, and driving engineering excellence across the project lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and product stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and oversee implementation of scalable web solutions using Node.js and React, following industry best practices.

• Architect and maintain multi-tenant systems within GCP infrastructure.

• Define and manage CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, and deployment using tools such as Kubernetes and Terraform.

• Conduct code reviews, set coding standards, and mentor engineers to ensure continuous technical growth.

• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and solution architects in discovery sessions and architectural workshops.

• Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions and contribute to pre-sales and solution design activities.

• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, architecture, and team performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in designing and delivering IT solutions.

• Minimum 3 years in a Tech Lead or similar leadership position.

• Strong proficiency in Node.js, React, and multi-tenant architecture.

• Hands-on experience with GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Proven leadership in managing and mentoring development teams.

• Solid understanding of software architecture, scalability, and security principles.

• Excellent communication skills and experience working with international teams and business stakeholders.
