Software Manager / Technical Architect - Remote

We are looking for an experienced Software Manager / Technical Architect who combines deep technical expertise with strong communication skills and a strategic business mindset. The ideal candidate will act as a technology leader, guiding teams in designing and implementing solutions that automate tax processes, while also building strong relationships with clients and key business stakeholders.

Location: Remote from Poland

Duration: 12 Months

Start: November 2025

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional technical teams (Frontend, Backend, QA, DevOps) in digital transformation projects.

• Design scalable, secure, cloud-based solutions.

• Conduct architectural workshops and discovery sessions with clients.

• Translate business requirements into innovative and effective technology solutions.

• Collaborate with international teams across Europe, the US, and APAC.

• Support business development through pre-sales activities, technology assessments, and proposal preparation.

• Mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural best practices and standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in designing and delivering IT solutions.

• Proven experience managing technical teams and international projects.

• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, DDD, CQRS, and Event Sourcing.

• Proficiency in technologies such as .NET Core / Node.js, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD.

• Excellent communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders.
