We are looking for two experienced ServiceNow Developers to join an ongoing project in its support and enhancement phase. This is a great opportunity to work on a global ServiceNow platform and deliver high-value solutions.

Role 1: ServiceNow HRSD Senior Developer

• Configure and enhance HRSD modules (case management, document management, lifecycle events)

• Implement Employee Center portals and self-service experiences

• Integrate HRSD with other ServiceNow modules and external HR systems

• Ensure compliance, governance, and data integrity

  
  

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of ServiceNow development experience

• Strong HRSD implementation expertise

• ServiceNow CAD or CIS certification preferred

• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting

Role 2: ServiceNow Performance Analytics Developer

• Develop and configure Performance Analytics dashboards and indicators

• Gather requirements and deliver scalable PA solutions

• Optimize dashboard performance and ensure data integrity

• Integrate PA with ServiceNow Reporting and external data sources

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of ServiceNow development experience

• Proven Performance Analytics expertise

• ServiceNow CAD or CSA certification preferred

• Strong JavaScript and Flow Designer skills
