ServiceNow Architect

Senovo IT is looking for an experienced and talented ServiceNow Architect to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in designing and delivering cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions within a collaborative and innovative environment.

Location: Cracow, Poland (Hybrid – 4 days/week on-site initially)

Start Date: ASAP

Job Type: Contract till the end of they Year with possible extension

Rate : up to 720 Euros per day

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and implement ServiceNow Cloud Platform solutions, including integrations with other cloud applications and data sources
• Develop and build scoped applications to meet business needs
• Provide expert technical leadership, offering guidance and consultation across the enterprise
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-impact solutions
• Ensure alignment with best practices and platform capabilities
• Act as a trusted advisor, presenting solution options with clear pros, cons, and risks

Requirements:

• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
• Minimum 3 years in a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect role, with a strong development background
• Proven track record of delivering complex ServiceNow solutions and integrations
• Experience designing enterprise-grade ServiceNow architectures and scoped applications
• Excellent communication and consulting skills – both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and influence technical decisions effectively

Certifications (Required):

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• At least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification
• Certified Technical Architect (CTA) strongly preferred
