Full Stack (.NET) Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack .NET Developer with strong experience in React and .NET to join our team. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the entire technology stack, from front-end interfaces to back-end services, and can collaborate effectively in a Polish-speaking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize full-stack applications using React (front-end) and .NET / .NET Core (back-end).

• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.

• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural planning.

• Troubleshoot issues, perform debugging, and optimize performance.

• Communicate effectively in Polish within the development team and with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.

• Strong proficiency with React, including hooks, state management, and modern front-end architecture.

• Solid experience with .NET / .NET Core, C#, and backend development.

• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, TypeScript, and responsive design principles.

• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) is a plus.

• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Fluent Polish is required; English proficiency is an advantage.
