AI DevOps Engineer (AI / ML / GenAI) - Remote

Senovo IT are looking for an experienced AI DevOps Engineer to drive the design, deployment, and operational excellence of advanced AI/ML and Generative AI solutions at scale.

This role sits within the Data Science & AI Competency Center and combines cloud engineering, DevOps automation, and AI platform expertise with strong technical leadership.

You will lead the deployment and integration of LLM and SLM models into enterprise environments, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, cost-efficient, and production-ready.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in AI infrastructure, cloud-native architectures, and DevOps automation, with the ability to guide engineering teams and work closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful AI-driven solutions.

AI Platform & Infrastructure

• Lead the architecture and deployment of AI/ML/GenAI solutions, including large-scale LLM/SLM implementations.

• Design and implement scalable and secure cloud infrastructures (Azure-focused) for AI workloads.

• Build and maintain AI model serving, inference pipelines, and scalable GenAI applications.

• Support RAG architectures, vector databases, and AI application integrations.

DevOps & Automation

• Drive automation of AI/ML infrastructure, model lifecycle, and inference pipelines.

• Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.

• Lead CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML workflows using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.

• Ensure reliable deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization of AI systems.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or AI Platform Engineering.

• Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML/GenAI projects in production environments.

• Proven expertise in deploying LLMs / SLMs at scale, including model serving, inference optimization, and RAG architectures.

• Strong expertise in Azure cloud platform and AI services.

• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized AI workloads.

• Advanced Python programming and scripting for automation.

• Strong scripting knowledge: Bash and/or PowerShell.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).

• CI/CD pipeline expertise: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins.

• Deep knowledge of Linux and macOS administration (Windows is a plus).

• Experience with monitoring, observability, and operational tooling.

• Experience implementing secure, enterprise-grade AI infrastructure.
