We are a growing team looking for a Team Lead/ IT Security Specialist in the IT department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Wrocław office

What You Will Do …

• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
• Implement and manage IAM solutions to enhance security and protect company assets using the latest phishing-resistant methods.
• Develop and enforce corporate security policies, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on information security and promoting a culture of security awareness.
• Lead and execute IT projects, including automation of employee onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement innovative IT solutions to streamline operations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to address IT-related needs and support business growth.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT processes, policies, and procedures.
• Generate regular reports on IT activities and project progress.
• Ensure IT practices comply with industry standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF).
• Maintain and update IT assets and inventory in accordance with compliance requirements.

What We Are Looking For …

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Information Security area
• Understanding security principles (e.g. defense in depth, least privilege), and access management rules (e.g. RBAC)
• Have record working with IAM solutions (such as Okta, Entra, OneLogin, etc), understanding technical principles of SAML, OIDC, etc.
• Skill in Agile project management – planning, executing, and clear progress communication to the stakeholders
• Great communication skills (English is a must, as well as the language of the office you’re in)
• Understanding of European compliance requirements, especially GDPR, NIS2, and optionally the IT-Grundschutz
• Optionally hold certificate – (ISC)2 CC, CISSP, CISM
