Senior Cloud Engineer (Azure)

What will you be doing?

• Design and build secure, scalable and resilient cloud environments, with a focus on Microsoft Azure.

• Automate provisioning of infrastructure and services in Azure using Infrastructure as Code and scripting (Terraform, YAML, PowerShell, Bash, Azure CLI).

• Apply deep understanding of cloud concepts (Networking, Storage, Compute, Key management, Firewalls, Connectivity) to design and operate robust solutions.

• Optimize CI/CD pipelines and cross-service testing strategies to support frequent deployments in a highly regulated environment.

• Continuously refine and adapt developer tooling to maximize reliability, availability and resilience of product features, while improving developer productivity.

• Architect and automate stand-alone environments for testing new features and demoing product capabilities to internal and external stakeholders.

• Build tooling and automation solutions to support engineering and product teams across the organization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating complex cloud concepts into clear and actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Travel to Switzerland to work on-site with the client and collaborate directly with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in designing, building and automating cloud environments, preferably in Azure.

• Hands-on knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, YAML), CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, GitLab, Octopus) and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Azure CLI).

• Strong understanding of cloud concepts: Networking, Storage, Compute, Identity & Security, Firewalls, Connectivity, Hybrid Cloud.

• Familiarity with configuration management (Ansible, Chef) and monitoring & logging tools.

• Experience with backup, disaster recovery and security best practices (Zero Trust, RBAC).

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel to Switzerland for on-site work with the client.

• Native in Polish and fluent in English
