We are seeking an experienced Senior AWS Cloud Consultant eager to join us on this mission.
(Senior) AWS Cloud Consultant - Amazon Connect
What will you be doing?
Identify, evaluate and translate business needs into well-architected Amazon Connect contact center solutions tailored to customer service use cases
Advise and support customers throughout the implementation of Amazon Connect-based contact center platforms
Design and build customized IVR scenarios, call routing logic and agent workspace configurations
Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services such as Bedrock, Lex, Lambda and DynamoDB, as well as external systems including CRM platforms
Set up and optimize real-time monitoring, reporting and historical analytics for contact center performance
Plan and deliver customer workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions and hands-on trainings
Create test strategies, validation scenarios and structured rollout plans for new solutions
Collaborate closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure robust, scalable and high-quality customer implementations
Requirements:
Proven experience in delivering and implementing contact center solutions, preferably based on Amazon Connect
Strong hands-on expertise in designing and configuring IVR flows, call routing logic and agent workflows
Solid knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda, Generative AI or Conversational AI
AWS certifications (e.g. AWS Solutions Architect or equivalent) are considered a plus
Practical experience with CTI integrations and API-based system connectivity
Ability to understand business and customer needs and translate them into effective technical solutions
Strong motivation to work with modern technologies and continuously expand your technical skill set
Full professional proficiency in both Polish and English, written and spoken
Availability for occasional travel related to customer engagements
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and a structured, methodical approach to work
Background in STEM, formal IT training (e.g. application development) or equivalent hands-on experience in the IT field
