SelectView Data Solutions, a US-based Company from Saint Louis with a Polish division, is building out its software development team. The company offers software services and products for the construction industry in the US. 
We are fully remote for a few years now and were fully remote before it was cool. 

A Full Stack F# Dev, one or two positions
 
We are building web and desktop applications using F# and F# only. All maintained projects are in F#, all new projects will be in F# (unless we find something better and together decide to switch).
 
 We require FP (functional programming) experience, doesn’t have to be professional 

15-30k + VAT B2B (or full-time agreement equivalent)
 
26 days of PTO and 10 days of Sick Leave
 
We cover all hardware and software costs
 

The position is fully remote, full-time, with a relatively flexible schedule. On some days you might need to be available when our time zone overlaps with the US – between 2PM and 6PM. The salary range is explained in the TL;DR above. We want to hire a person from Poland on either a B2B contract or the equivalent cost with an employment agreement, both options with the same rules for PTO and sick leave and most other things. There are currently 4 members in Poland two of which are F# Devs – you would be joining this team as the 3rd developer. 
 
We’ve been doing full-stack, fully functional F# development for over 6 years now. Backend, frontend, browser, desktop, mobile, and cloud. Portals, apps, integrations, databases, APIs. Functional F# everywhere, no exceptions, no excuses. 
 
Our full-stack approach reaches beyond the technology we use, every team member should be capable of everything. You will code, meet clients, design architecture, estimate costs, co-create agreements, have a say in most things the company is doing. 
 

We will teach you the technologies we use, but we’re looking for a person that knows how to work and already is a professional. On the other hand, as long as you have FP coding experience and meet the requirements below, we do not care if your title was junior, mid, senior, ninja, gangsta or sudoku dev.

We need you to know FP - not at an expert level, but you have to be over the hump, functional programming already “clicked” for you, you dream of being able to only code functional for the rest of your life and not have to go back to OO 😊
 

The team meetings are in English, the clients are in the US, we code in English. In the future, the devs on your team might not speak Polish. You need good English. 

We’re looking for a quick learner, with the ability to grasp complex ideas on the fly. This is needed to keep up with the day-to-day. We always try to use the best possible tools so we change them relatively often, looking for improvements and learning new stuff all the time. You should learn fast and be smart, but you also need to be passionate about the work. We enjoy trying to perfect all the small cogs in our architecture, out of passion and not business necessity. 
 

We only hire people that are a personal “fit”. We enjoy working with each other, people are always nice to each other and we want to keep it that way. We will not hire a genius that’s not a team player. We really are picky, sorry! In return, our company is a nice place to work.
