Mid/Senior Front End Engineer

Search Dates is a popular dating site that's grown to millions of users. Our small team is distributed globally. We get the work done but don't take ourselves too seriously. We're looking for another frontend pro. Someone who likes that we don't have meetings, and everyone's too busy shipping to look over your shoulder and make sure you're doing the same. You'll enjoy the freedom to express yourself and have a say in the design and function of what you build.

Responsibilities:

• Work on the user-facing web application, with millions of interactions per day
• Be involved in the whole development cycle: implementing and testing functionality, as well as deploying and monitoring it in production
• Work closely with backend and QA team
• Work with a modern tech stack

Requirements:

• You have at least 3 years professional experience as senior front end engineer
• You have significant experience in Angular 8 and higher
• Experience in RxJS
• Experience in NGRX or any other state management libs
• Have ability to write effective unit and integration tests
• Have knowledge of English at a level that allows for easy communication

Nice to have:

• basic Ruby on Rails know-how (erb templates, ruby syntax, hotwire) - our backend is in RoR.
• Web perf

• Cypress
• CircleCI/Jenkins
