Which tasks can you expect?
- Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in the talent modules
- Guide clients on SAP best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies.
- Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality
- Design and configure a SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practice ensure successful implementations
- Facilitate workshop, training sessions of client’s key users.
- Ensure effective transfer knowledge to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support.
- Collaborate with colleagues in SD Worx’s international Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation
What do you have to offer?
- Several years of experience in the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Sound knowledge of at least one SuccessFactors module (preferably Onboarding).
- Experience in the implementation of IT projects in the HR area, including requirements analysis, process design and implementation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate the requirements of specialist departments into technical solutions.
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as a high degree of teamwork, commitment and customer orientation.
- Fluent Polish and English language skills
