    Mission: 

     

    We seek a technically skilled Senior Financial Application Developer to join our team, combining finance expertise with IT and process optimization capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying and optimizing CCH Tagetik as part of the digital finance transformation project. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial reporting, streamline processes, and implement effective practices.

    Your IMPACT: 

     

    • Lead the research, design, architecture, development, and maintenance of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications to support financial and operational processes.
    • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the project team throughout all phases, from design and implementation to testing and deployment.
    • Define and optimize application and platform data models and architecture to enhance effectiveness, scalability, and performance.
    • Design and implement advanced data integration solutions for ERP and non-ERP source systems.
    • Develop advanced business rules, calculations, and automation to streamline financial close, forecasting and reporting processes.
    • Establish and enforce best practices for system configuration, security, and performance tuning.
    • Actively contribute to team ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review, and retrospectives.
    • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance system capabilities, user experience and operational efficiency.
    • Ensure compliance with governance, risk management, and data security standards within the EPM ecosystem.
    • Demonstrate strong ownership in understanding business needs and driving business initiatives accordingly.

     

    Your Profile: 

     

    • A minimum of 5+ years of experience implementing EMP/ERP systems such as OneStream, Hyperion, CCH Tagetik, Oracle, Anaplan, or TM1.
    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, engineering, science, liberal arts, computer science, or other technology-related majors (or equivalent experience).
    • Proficient in Relational Database and Data Warehousing Concepts
    • Knowledge of SQL
    • Extensive experience in data analysis, data profiling, data quality, data modeling, and data integration
    • Understanding of the financial close cycle and related business practices.
    • Ability to grasp complex business concepts to provide efficient input at appropriate stages in the development lifecycle.
    • Ability to apply structured problem-solving methodologies to complex financial challenges.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Knowledge and experience with the Analytical Information Hub (AIH) in CCH Tagetik – nice to have
