As a Solution Designer, you will be a vital member of our agile team, reporting directly to the Squad Lead. You will take charge of the entire demand process, from requirement elicitation and specification to development and final deployment. In addition, you'll have the exciting opportunity to accompany the roll-out in a European country until the introduction of STAR. You'll work closely with the Business Architecture department, end users, and software development team, leveraging your expertise to analyse processes, identify gaps, and enable successful answer to raised business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• You’re eliciting of business requirements and review of options with customers, business units, and end users to ensure complete testing with few defects or unexpected problems.
• You’re supporting, analyzing and evaluate of business requirements and user needs
• You design, prepare, and review of documentation of requirements and change management with business needs to ensure full understanding and where needed, acceptance
• You compile and elaborate functional and non-functional requirements 
• You're explaining any technical issues or open questions to business customer. 
• You communicate of business objectives to technical teams and technical solutions to the business customer. 
• You documenting and communicating all open issues or open questions about business processes or procedures to the team
• You work in a young, international, cross-functional and distributed team and apply the latest methods of agile working

Qualifications:

• You hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field, or an equivalent education and experience in logistics
• With minimum 2 years of experience in business process management and/or business process analysis
• And with Process or workflow modelling tool experience 
• You have strong business, system and customer service orientation which enables you to thrive in dynamic settings
• You have good knowledge of formalized methods for specification (e.g. Use Case Modelling, Data Modelling, Interfaces)
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
