SAP GTS Consultant (All Genders)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support and Consulting of business users worldwide
• Ensure smooth operation of SAP based foreign trade processes in R3 and GTS
• Participation in regional and international projects in the area of SAP Global Trade Services / SAP International Trade as well as cooperation with internal and external partners worldwide
• Analysis, harmonization and optimization of processes and solutions in the context of export control & customs handling
• Implementation of requirements in the areas of origin of goods, customs, and preference processing as well as export control / sanctions list screening together with internal 
• stakeholders
• Creation of customizing and the necessary programming specifications
• Support the transition from SAP GTS to the new SAP GTS Edition for HANA solution

Your Qualifications

• Completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in IT operations and projects ideally in the context of preference and customs processing (import, export) or export control and sanctions list verification 
• Experience with SAP GTS or a comparable IT system
• Experience with the SAP modules Sales, Purchasing or Logistics (SAP TM & EWM) is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of English, German is an advantage
• Ability to read and debug ABAP code
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working combined with quality awareness and analytical and conceptual way of thinking
• Confident and convincing appearance, communication skills as well as a distinct ability to work in an agile team
