IT Solutions Architect (All Genders)

In our “Enterprise Application Solutions” department, the "PIM (Product Information System) eComm Solutions" team plays a key role by providing solutions when it comes to maintaining our ecommerce solution for the Bearings and Industry (B&IS) division as well as product information System (PIM) for both B&IS as well as the Vehicle Lifetime Solutions (VLS) division.

To strengthen this team, we are immediately seeking a committed and experienced colleague for our “Product and Service Platform” team for the VLS division.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Acting as the primary IT contact for internal stakeholders and external service providers regarding the operation and maintenance of the PIM system

• Leading and coordinating IT projects related to PIM and eCommerce from initiation to successful delivery, including planning, resource management, controlling and reporting

• Drive effective communication and collaboration between business units, internal IT teams, and external partners

• Collaborate with business experts to gather, define, and refine requirements; translate them into detailed technical specifications

• Planning, monitoring and documenting of IT solutions and features throughout their entire lifecycle, utilizing tools such as Jira and Confluence, including testing and approval phases

• Implementing IT solution designs in accordance with architectural standards, working closely with developers and external vendors

• Ensuring integration of security principles from the outset, following the Security by Design approach in all processes and system changes

• Support project initiation by conducting feasibility studies, preparing proposals, and managing approval workflows

• Tracking project progress and risks, coordinate critical phases such as cut-over and testing, and perform additional tasks as assigned by management

Your Qualifications

• Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration oror related field, or comparable qualifications with corresponding practical experience

• A proven experience of at least 3 years in Project Management, ideally in the field of Product Information Systems and or E-Commerce platforms

• Advanced knowledge of JSON, XML and CSV data formats

• Strong understanding of common web technologies (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

• At least basic understanding of SOAP and REST API integration

• Familiarity with Database administration and management

• Proficiency in Windows Server management

• At least basic knowledge of SAP R/3 and S/4 systems

• Experience with SAP Material Management modules is a plus

• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish (min. B2)

• Intermediate proficiency in the German language (min. A2)

• Open to international business travels, which will take place at various frequencies, depending on the period and client needs (from 20% to 50% of the time)
