IT Solution Architect - PIM & eCommerce (All Genders)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end solution architecture across media platforms, integrations, adjacent enterprise systems, and operational dependencies

• Defining and maintaining architecture principles, API and integration patterns, and technical decision records

• Leading release and deployment governance, including release planning, readiness checks, coordination, and go/no-go preparation

• Coordinating incident, problem, escalation, and service stabilization routines with support teams, engineering teams, and external partners

• Ensuring operational readiness, including runbooks, monitoring expectations, handovers, and continuity planning

• Supporting cutover and go-live planning from both architecture and operations perspectives

• Assessing technical feasibility, risks, dependencies, and design impacts of business and IT changes

• Driving vendor coordination and technical governance across the implementation partner and retained providers

• Contributing to roadmap planning and transition of ownership into the internal operating model

 
Your Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise applications, or technical leadership roles

• Proficiency in integration architecture, APIs, platform dependencies, and multi-system landscapes

• Experience with release governance, service operations, incident/problem handling, and operational readiness

• Good knowledge of enterprise platforms such as eCommerce, PIM, ERP, CRM, and related business processes

• Strong documentation and communication skills, including architecture diagrams, decision records, and stakeholder communication

• Ability to work across business, IT, support, and vendor teams in an international setup

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and manage risks

• Familiarity with Agile Working in global teams (Scrum, Kanban)

• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Polish (min. C1 level)

• Very good command of the English language (min. B2 level) 

• Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud or comparable enterprise commerce platforms is an advantage as well as experience with Azure, API management, or cloud-native platform patterns

• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for work
