Oceans are incredibly vast, and conditions can change in an instant. This means standard optical satellite imagery has limitations. Cloud cover or darkness can render these standard images incomplete or useless, leaving blindspots when monitoring oceans, seas and ports. Satim’s unique approach to the application of Satellite-based Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) removes these obstructions, ensuring a clear view regardless of weather conditions or time of day.
We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our team in Kraków. You will be working on the development of our core product, which is a platform for the analysis of satellite imagery. You will be part of the small team of developers, data scientists and product managers. You will be responsible for the development of the CLIs, APIs and a desktop application that integrates our industry-leading algorithms with the data from the satellites.

● Participate in code reviews, share expertise, and help improve team workflows and best practices.
● Continuously explore and adopt new technologies to address evolving challenges.
● Maintain and improve the stability and performance of existing application platforms.
● Create and maintain technical documentation of existing application platforms.
What We Expect
