Operations Support

SATIM is a leading defense-tech company developing advanced AI software for object detection and classification on Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) satellite imagery.

We work with major defense primes and government agencies worldwide. As we grow, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Support specialist to join our team in Kraków.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business, technology, and execution — and wants to contribute directly to the efficiency and scale of a fast-growing deep tech company.

Your Responsibilities:

You will play a critical role in supporting the company’s business, project, and operational processes. Your responsibilities will include:

Administrative & Process Support

• Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and event coordination

• Maintain internal documentation, templates, and compliance records

• Coordinate logistics for external meetings, conferences, and demo sessions

Project & Contract Support

• Help track project timelines, contract milestones, and deliverables

• Support reporting to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders

• Coordinate operational inputs from technical and commercial teams

Sales & Marketing Operations

• Assist in the preparation and formatting of offers, decks, and promotional materials

• Maintain and update CRM tools, lead trackers, and proposal logs

• Collect and organize content for presentations, proposals, and web updates

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is:

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) — essential

• Well-organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides)

• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience in operations, sales support, or project coordination is a plus

• Interest in space, defense, or technology sectors is welcome but not required
