SATIM is a defense-tech company building cutting-edge AI software for object detection and classification on Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) satellite imagery.
We work with leading defense contractors and government clients around the world. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Marketing / BD / Sales Operations Support specialist to join our Kraków office.
This is a multi-disciplinary support role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-tech startup environment and wants to work at the intersection of marketing, strategy, and global defense sales.
Your Responsibilities:
You will support the CEO, Business Development team, and Marketing function by helping coordinate, structure, and accelerate SATIM’s growth initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:
Business Development & Sales Support
Assist in preparing client proposals, pitch decks, and tailored offer documents
Track leads, opportunities, and BD activity in CRM tools
Support planning and execution of SATIM’s participation in industry events (e.g., GEOINT, DGI, etc)
Coordinate follow-ups with prospects, primes, and partners
Research and prepare background briefs on key defense markets and clients
Sales & Operational Coordination
Help maintain pricing documentation, contract trackers, and partner agreements
Monitor sales KPIs and support internal reporting on BD/sales metrics
Coordinate scheduling and prep materials for strategic client meetings
Marketing Support
Assist with the creation and formatting of marketing materials, case studies, and product brochures
Manage and update SATIM’s online presence (LinkedIn, website, etc.)
Collect and organize references, visuals, and SAR imagery for communications use
Track competitor activity and prepare summary overviews
Requirements
We are looking for a smart, structured, and proactive person with a “get-things-done” attitude:
Fluent in English (written and spoken) — essential
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in business operations, marketing, or sales support
Excellent PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts (experience in space, defense, or AI domains is a plus)
Comfortable working in a startup environment — dynamic, fast-paced, and self-directed
