Lead Mobile Developer (React Native / Expo / TypeScript)We’re looking for an experienced Lead Mobile Developer to take technical ownership of the development of our mobile applications — from architecture and code to publishing in the App Store and Google Play.

Your Responsibilities

• developing and maintaining our mobile application using React Native / Expo / TypeScript,

• designing and implementing new features in close collaboration with the product team,

• working with a backend based on Django REST API and Directus (headless CMS),

• ensuring code quality: unit tests, linting, code reviews, CI/CD,

• integrating external SDKs (e.g., payments, push notifications, social login),

• publishing and maintaining the application in the App Store and Google Play,

• contributing to new mobile applications built from scratch — supported by a marketing budget and strong market exposure,

• proposing improvements and influencing the technical direction of the product,

• (optional) supporting the maintenance of a legacy AngularJS 1.x app — minor fixes only.

• Tailwind, Zustand, React Query, Formik / React Hook Form, Zod

• AngularJS 1.3 (legacy, occasional)

• Headless CMS: Directus

• Tools: Jest, ESLint, Prettier, GitHub, CI/CD

• Backend: Django REST API, Jinja (optional)

Requirements

• at least 7 years of commercial experience in frontend or mobile development,

• strong knowledge of React Native and React (production deployments),

• hands-on experience with Expo and publishing apps to the App Store / Google Play,

• solid understanding of TypeScript and modern React (hooks, React 18/19, React Query, Zustand),

• ability to work with a backend in Django / REST API and integrate with headless CMS (e.g., Directus, Strapi, Sanity),

• commitment to code quality and good architectural patterns,

• ability to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.) in daily development,

• independence, responsibility, strong work organization,

• communicative English (documentation reading, technical communication).

Nice to Have

• experience with AngularJS (1.x) or readiness to quickly learn legacy code,

• familiarity with Django / Jinja,

• experience integrating SDKs (e.g., Stripe, OneSignal, Google Sign-In),

• experience working in small, autonomous product teams.
