Network Automation Engineer in Network Cloud Team

About our Team

As a team member, you will have the possibility to participate in the whole development process in Software-Defined Networking (SDN) and Network Automation projects. The primary objective of our applications is to set up, configure, monitor, and optimize networks for clients globally. Working in our team allows you to learn various network automation techniques, be part of and create a mobile network future, develop cloud-based applications and have a real impact on how it will look like.

Role and Responsibilities

·      Participation in the full development cycle: from requirements, specification up to architecture and system tests

·      Implementation of new functionalities

·      Maintenance of existing code

Skills and Qualifications

·      Very good knowledge of and experience with at least one of the following languages: Java, C#, Go, Python including object-oriented design

·      Good knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases

·      Operational experience with enterprise-class routers, switches, and servers

·      Knowledge of protocols such as IPv4/6, BGP, MPLS, EVPN

·      Understanding of Linux and K8s networking (e.g. routing, iptables, CNI)

·      Strong algorithmic expertise, particularly in network-related algorithms

·      Advanced technical English skills

Nice to have

·      Experience with architecture and design contribution

·      Familiarity with concepts of SDN, Segment Routing, and Zero Touch Provisioning

·      Knowledge of automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform

·      Previous experience with network protocols such as SNMP, NetConf, and gRPC

·      Experience with CI/CD pipelines build process

·      Experience with Hibernate and Spring frameworks

·      Experience with deploying private cloud environments

·      Experience with making software for telecommunication systems
