Internship - Network Automation Intern
About our Team
We build the software that configures, monitors, and optimizes networks for customers around the globe. Our work sits at the intersection of cloud-native development and cutting-edge networking — from Software-Defined Networking (SDN) and network automation to the future of mobile infrastructure.
Joining our team means shipping code that has real-world impact from day one. You’ll be embedded in the full development cycle of SDN and Network Automation projects, learning how modern networks actually work — and helping shape what comes next.
Role and Responsibilities
Work side-by-side with engineers across the full development cycle - design, implement, review, ship.
Take ownership of real features that land in production and affect global customers.
Dig into live codebases, understand how things work, and leave them better than you found them.
Skills and Qualifications
You code in at least one of: Python, Go, Java, or C++ - and you understand why OOP exists, not just how to use it.
You’ve poked around enterprise routers or switches (real hardware or a simulator counts).
When someone mentions IPv4/6, DNS, or DHCP, you know what’s actually happening on the wire.
You can read a PR, write a comment, and hold a technical conversation in English.
You’re studying CS, Electronics, Telecoms, or something adjacent - if networks are your thing, we really want to hear from you.
Nice to have
You’ll stand out if you bring any of the following - but don’t let a missing checkbox stop you from applying:
You’ve heard of SDN, Segment Routing, or OpenFlow - bonus if you’ve played with any of them.
You know what happens to a packet inside a Linux kernel or a Kubernetes cluster.
You’ve set up or worked with a CI/CD pipeline and know why it matters.
Spring or Hibernate rings a bell from a project or a course.
You’re comfortable switching between two or more OOP languages without losing your mind.
You know your way around classic algorithms and data structures - and when to actually reach for them.
