About our Team

The ITS Team in a company is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of technology infrastructure and providing IT assistance to employees.

Role and Responsibilities

Supporting IT team in:

·       Technical user support (first line) in organization in IT scope,

·       Configuration equipment and applications for employees,

·       Diagnosis and resolving incidents with work reporting,

·       Supporting workstation configurations,

·       Supporting for conference rooms IT equipment,

·       Managing requests in the helpdesk system

Skills and Qualifications

·       Good communication skills

·       Work in group and under stress

·       Basic skills in Windows operational and troubleshooting knowledge

·       Basic MS Office application knowledge

·       Communicative knowledge of the English language

Nice to have

·       Higher education or during the studies – computer science or similar

·       Basic skill Linux operational and troubleshooting knowledge
