About the Team
We evangelize the market about Samsung products and technologies as well as provide B2B customers with extensive range of industry-specific business solutions. In addition, we conduct workshops and technical consultations for customers and partners, after which we design and build "tailor-made" solutions for them. We also provide technical pre-sales and post-sales support for our business customers.
We also demonstrate all One Samsung B2B products and solutions in one place – Business Experience Center that is located in our R&D.
Role and Responsibilities
· Preparation and operation of guided tours based on created showroom programs
· Everyday demo checks to ensure smooth showroom operation (including daily powering on and shutting down of the showroom).
· Ensure the correct operation of Showroom Infrastructure, Digital Signage software, SmartThings software and central control system
· Cooperation with Subject Matter Experts, 3rd parties for spotted issues resolution
· Creation and maintenance of showroom documentation and promotional videos
· Supporting implementation of new solutions in showroom in cooperation with BEC Project Manager, CoE and Subject Matter Experts
· Showroom Samples & Asset Management (Inventory/ Audits etc.)
· Supporting preparation of visits/visitors analysis, preparing reports, and recommending actions when presenting reports to leaders
· Supporting BEC Project Manager & Subject Matter Expert in planning and developing showroom strategy & innovations
· Deploy, test and upgrade software so that showroom works on latest SW versions
· Showroom Systems & Infrastructure Management and Maintenance
· Coordinate process of Showroom Systems/infrastructure maintenance checks by Samsung and/or 3rd parties
· Supporting installation, implementation of new solutions in showroom
Skills and Qualifications
· Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Product Management, or a related field.
· Excellent fluency in English (both verbal and written) - conducting presentations in English in front of a multinational audience and preparing official technical documentation
· Effortless communication with different teams, project stakeholders as well as confidence in speaking in front of a larger audience
· Professional experience in IT product management and understanding of IT processes and services (technical and sales)
· Ability to influence cross-functional teams, excellent work organization, communication, and management skills,
· Dynamic person, not afraid of challenges, good team spirit
· Passion for technology and continuous improvement of supported products and solutions
· Technically oriented. Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
· Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
· Self-motivated, reliable, independent, and proactive in driving project success
· Presence at office 5 days a week
Nice to have
· Experience in working with B2B customers
· Knowledge of Samsung B2B product portfolio
· Knowledge of Mobile Device Management systems, mobile technologies (Android, iOS),
· Knowledge of Digital Signage solutions including databases, Web technologies, cloud solutions (AWS, Azure), REST API, etc.
· Experience in working with multicultural organizations
· Knowledge of IoT (Internet of Things) solutions
· Knowledge of AC solutions, Energy Savings Algorithms (HVAC, VRF)
· Experience working with Jira
