Role and Responsibilities

●      Design, development, dev testing, and maintenance of the WWST Test Suite software application:

○      Engage in the end-to-end development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design specifications, architectural planning, and system-level testing

○      Develop and integrate new features to enhance application functionality and performance

○      Perform ongoing maintenance, debugging, and optimization of the existing codebase to ensure system reliability and scalability

●      Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on targeted technical domains, aligned with project objectives

●      Prototype and validate cutting-edge tools, frameworks, and methodologies to assess feasibility, performance, and alignment with project goals.

Technologies in use

●     Programming & Frameworks: Java 17 (Spring Framework), Python

●     Database system: PostgreSQL

●     DevOps & Tools: Git, Docker/Docker Compose, AWS, Gradle

●     Collaboration & Workflow: GitHub, Jira, Confluence

Skills and Qualifications

●      Proficiency in Java programming language

●     Basic understanding of the Spring framework

●     Basic understanding of relational databases

●     Basic understanding of Git

●     Familiarity with Gradle

●     Familiarity with building REST services

●     Basic understanding of code testing tools

●     Familiarity with Linux

●     Ability to write clean and high quality code

●     Good English for technical documentation and team communication

Nice to have

●     Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts

●     Experience with PostgreSQL

●     Experience with Docker

●     Experience with Python

●     Understanding of basic web application development concepts

●     Experience with AWS
