Software Engineer

The Team: 

We seek a suitable candidate to join our delivery team responsible for API development and API Platform management. This team is a dynamic group that builds, manages, and maintains both internal and customer-facing APIs.

What’s in it for you:

We are in search of a highly proficient individual with experience in utilizing Generative AI solutions such as LLMs, Copilot, Agents, MCPs and similar tools. The candidate should be adaptable and open to work with various technologies. Our team currently supports projects developed in C#/.NET, Python, and Go, and employs a tech stack that includes PostgreSQL, Databricks, and AWS. 

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain API applications using Python technologies.
• Deploy applications and services to AWS cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain web services.
• Mature enough to deliver features from the design phase to deploy on Production
• Write high-quality, maintainable, and testable code that adheres to established coding standards and best practices.
• Work with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, and Databricks to design and develop efficient database structures.
• Develop and maintain unit and automated tests to ensure the quality of the software.
• Collaborate with other developers to identify and implement process improvements.

What We’re Looking For

Basic Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering 
• Comprehensive knowledge of professional software engineering practices, including full software development life cycles, coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations 
• Hands-on experience with API development and support 
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including AWS and modern CI/CD deployment models 
• Proficiency in database technologies, particularly PostgreSQL
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies 
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment 
• A degree in Computer Science or a related technical field 
• Experience with modern front-end technologies is a plus ​

​Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS certification
• Knowledge and practical experience with Agile development
