Responsibilities and Impact:
Be responsible for all aspects of project management, including agile development team product ownership, analysis, project delivery validation (QA/UAT), and other duties as assigned.
Develop and manage project plans, detailing goals, staffing, schedules, risks, contingency plans, and key deliverables.
Lead multi-disciplinary and sometimes global/virtual teams through project execution.
Manage project scope, schedule, and costs, using quantitative tools to track progress and communicate updates.
Identify, plan, and implement mitigation strategies for project risks to minimize impacts.
Manage stakeholder expectations, cultivate interdepartmental relationships, and serve as the liaison between business and technical teams to ensure project alignment and continuous improvement.
Lead the eliciting, analyzing, validating, and managing of requirements, business processes, and high-level solution designs in partnership with business stakeholders, product managers, project managers, and development managers/technical teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and prioritize the product backlog.
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
Five to seven years of experience in project management, business analysis, or equivalent education and experience.
Experience delivering projects using Scrum or other agile methodologies.
Proven experience in both business analysis and project management.
Solid technical background, with an understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Atlassian Jira/Confluence.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Dragonboat (or similar applications) for project management.
Project Management Institute (PMI) certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or International Institute of Business Analysis (CBAP).
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification through the Scrum Alliance.
