Test Engineer

Location: Warsaw or Prague (Hybrid work)

Contract Type: B2B

We are looking for an experienced Test Engineer to join our team, responsible for ensuring high-quality solutions on the Teradata Vantage platform. The role involves manual and automated testing to support workload migrations across different paths and deployment options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support migration testing across various paths (e.g., On-prem to Cloud, VantageCore to VantageCloud).
• Conduct different types of testing: System, Migration, Application Connectivity, Security, Integration, Performance, and Operations.
• Develop test cases, prepare test environments, and create test data.
• Track test execution, document results, and report defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test scenarios and ensure coverage.

Requirements:

• Experience in testing Cloud Migration, Data Warehousing, or Data Integration projects.
• Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and Teradata Vantage.
• Familiar with different testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps).
• Experience with ETL specifications and Issue Tracking tools (JIRA, ALM).
• Scripting and programming skills are a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Test Automation tools.
• Familiarity with Cloud Service Providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Object Stores (S3, Azure Blob, etc.).
