Location: 100% remote
Salary: 900 - 1250 PLN + VAT per day
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data and analytics needs and develop a product roadmap that aligns with business goals.
- Evaluate current processes and information flows related to HCP and Site enrollment for Clinical Trials to identify key business value drivers.
- Partner with Business Analysts, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to assess current systems, identify gaps, and propose process harmonizations, future data and analytics design, and overall approach for the workstream.
- Define and design the future data model for site intelligence, ensuring data quality, integrity, and alignment across stakeholders, while adhering to Clinical Data Standards.
- Map out the information flows and integrations needed for the centralized Site Intelligence analytics, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data exchange between systems.
We are looking for:
- Ability to assess and propose process improvements, particularly with respect to cross-organizational process harmonization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage complex data projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex data and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with Clinical Data Standards, Clinical Trial processes and Site Operations
- Strong proficiency in data modeling, data integration, data governance, and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Snowflake, SQL, Tableau, Colibra, etc.).
- Experience with the Veeva Clinical Vault Platform strongly preferred.
