Senior C++ Developer

Responsibilities:

•    Design, develop, test, and maintain C++ applications and backend services supporting real-time trading, STP integration, and post-trade workflows.
•    Participate in application design, implementation, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
•    Collaborate with QA, Support, Infrastructure, and Business teams to understand requirements, investigate issues, and deliver reliable solutions.

We are looking for:

•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
•    5+ years of professional C++ development experience.
•    Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures, design patterns, templates, STL, and modern C++ practices up to C++20.
•    Experience developing high-throughput, low-latency, multi-threaded, and distributed systems.
•    Experience with unit testing, automated testing frameworks, profiling, and debugging.
•    Experience supporting production systems, including troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and timely resolution of business-critical issues.
•    Database development experience using SQL and relational database concepts; MS SQL preferred.
•    Experience with Python and Git.
•    Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills, to interact effectively with technical and business teams.
