Senior C++ Developer

We are RITS and we are looking for Senior C++ Developer for our client from financial industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Work in a C++ environment on the Windows platform
• Enhance and maintain backend servers (C++) used for real-time trading applications
• Contribute during all phases of the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with business counterparts to deliver technical solutions tailored to client needs
• Cooperate with QA and support teams to resolve issues arising during development and testing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent technical knowledge
• Minimum 5 years of experience in C++ programming
• Strong understanding of both structural and object-oriented programming
• Proficiency in C++ concepts, data structures, design patterns, templates, and multithreaded programming
• Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills across different levels and departments
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proven capability to prioritize and handle critical production or client-facing issues

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with Visual Studio on Windows
• Finance background, especially in Fixed Income
• Knowledge of Perl and shell scripting
• Understanding of communication protocol fundamentals

Additional information

• Starting hours: 12 PM - 2 PM CEST (minimum of 6 hours overlap with US)
