Senior Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master (E-Banking) | Wrocław

• 📍 Location: Wrocław (Hybrid, minimum 2 days a week in the office).

• ⚠️ Note: No travel reimbursement (for candidates commuting from other cities).

• 💰 Rate: 100 – 120 PLN/h net (B2B).

We are looking for an expert who seamlessly combines management competencies (Project Management) with the role of a change leader and process guardian (Scrum Master). You will join a team in the financial sector, where your task will be not only to deliver complex projects but also to scale agility and build an Agile Mindset within the organization. Knowledge of Electronic Banking specifics is crucial.

💼 Your Responsibilities

A hybrid role combining two areas of responsibility:

As Agile Project Manager:

• Management: Leading complex IT projects, ensuring delivery within budget, scope, and schedule.

• Relations & Vendors: Managing relationships with stakeholders (internal and external) and managing orders with vendors.

• Dependencies: Identifying and managing dependencies between various programs and projects to ensure smooth implementation.

As Scrum Master:

• Process & Efficiency: Maximizing team performance by applying frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and agile scaling practices.

• Team Support: Facilitating Scrum events, removing impediments, and fostering team autonomy and ownership.

• Product Owner Support: Assisting in task decomposition and goal formulation.

• Mentoring: Building an Agile Mindset, promoting empiricism, and supporting other Scrum Masters in the organization.

  
  

✅ Key Competencies

• Management Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in managing IT projects or programs.

• Finance Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial sector. Knowledge of Electronic Banking area and banking processes (verification of business documentation) is required.

• Methodologies:

  • Knowledge of project management standards (e.g., PMI, Prince2).

  • Deep knowledge and practice in Agile/Scrum and experience in scaling Agile.

• Language: Fluent English (spoken and written).

• Soft Skills:

  • High communication and interpersonal skills (working with technical specialists and business process owners).

  • Independence, pro-activity, and stress resistance (working under time pressure).
