QA Engineer (Python)

We are looking for Senior QA Engineer (with Python)!

📍 Work mode: 100% Remote (with minimum 5h overlap with NYC hours: 12:00–20:00 CEST; ideally 14:00–22:00 CEST)🕒 Contract type: B2B

💰 Rate: 45-55 $ net + VAT / hour

The company serves the world’s leading asset managers, central banks, hedge funds, and other institutional investors — facilitating around 30 trillion USD in trades every month across its electronic marketplaces.

• Optional integration trips (New York / London / Warsaw) — 3–4 days, covered by the company

We are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in software/system testing

• 2+ years in financial markets

• Strong proficiency in PythonS, particularly for test automation and scripting.

• Proven experience with system integration tooling and protocols, including TCP/UDP, FIX, MSSQL, Kafka, and Redis.

• Passion for distributed systems and system design, with an understanding of scalability and reliability.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

• Able to read & understand Modern C++ (17/20)

• Experience with working on both Windows and Linux platforms

•  English B2+/C1

Preferred Skills

• Fixed Income experience is a significant plus.

• Experience with CI/CD tools, particularly GitLab and Ansible.

• Automated UI testing (TypeScript)

• Bash scripting
