Technical Project Manager – Brokerage Services | Warsaw

  • Mid: 100 PLN/h net

  • Senior: 120 PLN/h net

• 🏦 Industry: Finance / Banking / Investments.

• 🚀 Role: Tech PM / Delivery Manager with an analytical background.

🏢 Project Context

We are looking for a person who will bridge the gap between Business and IT in the Brokerage Services (Biuro Maklerskie) area. This is not a typical administrative role – we need a Project Manager with a strong analytical background who will act as a partner for Architects and co-create the technological vision of the investment platform and its integration with banking systems.

💼 Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the technical and process management of projects within agile teams.

• Management & Strategy: Setting technological directions, co-creating the brokerage platform vision, and managing agile team backlogs.

• Collaboration with Architecture: Partnering with Architects to arrange and prepare changes in system architecture.

• Delivery & Analysis: Analyzing requirements, performing estimations, designing solutions, and overseeing software component integration.

• Business-IT Bridge: Ensuring effective communication and alignment of needs between business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Team Support: Providing daily support to Agile teams in delivering business functionalities.

✅ Key Competencies

• PM Experience: Proven experience in managing IT projects and working in Scrum methodology.

• Financial Sector: Experience working in IT within financial institutions (banking, brokerage houses).

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills (both business and system analysis). Ability to estimate and design software components.

• Technical Skills: Knowledge sufficient to hold substantive discussions with Architects and the development team regarding system integration.

• Knowledge of investment products and the specifics of Brokerage House operations.
